• We aim to process and ship all orders within the timeframe mentioned at checkout.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and courier delays.

• Arayya Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, in case you need to return a product, please read our policy below:

• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

• Products must be securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

• Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, a refund or exchange will be initiated as per eligibility.

Customized products will not be exchanged.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
